Sirius International Insurance Group Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group, a publicly traded (WTM-NYSE), Bermuda domiciled holding company with worldwide interests in both insurance and reinsurance.


Organization

Sirius International Insurance Group Ltd. (also domiciled in Bermuda) is the holding company for the operations of the Group's two reinsurance operating units:

  • Sirius America, headquartered in New York City
  • Sirius International, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden
